Check engine light came on and these guys were able to diagnose it before even hooking up a scan tool. They even figured out why my car was vibrating in drive within 10mins of the car being at the shop. Guys were totally honest and straight forward. #1 shop in Dane County!

These guys are GREAT. I'm very particular about taking care of my car and it has been hard finding a shop that I can trust to work on my car the way I'd do it (if I could), especially being an import. Not only will they do the job right, they enjoy helping customers understand the processes and procedures involved. These guys aren't only into their work, I get the impression that they're truly auto enthusiasts. I'll be taking my car here from now on without hesitation. Really glad I gave them a shot.

Loved the attention to detail, and particularly the online report that broke down each area that was checked out, including pictures. Makes it easy to reference in the future & understand right away. Nick also went out of his way to make everything as logistically simple as possible with pick-up/drop-off, payment, etc., which is now what we've come to expect since they're consistently easy to work with and extremely thorough. Highly recommended!

Finally an automotive repair shop that treats me like a family member. The confidence I feel after working with these guys is worth every penny.

Took in my van in Feb. for a check over for a upcoming trip. Repairs done well, not too expensive. Got it back with a loud rattle in sliding door that wasn't there before. Took it back and they couldn't find the problem, but charged an hour or two for labor to find nothing. Hmmm. Took van back in today for Air conditioning not working. Found a faulty compressor that I had replaced elsewhere last August (under warranty). Great! Hoped it was some other problem, but my luck I'm out another $93 for them to tell me that. Not fixed. So not they're fault, right? Maybe so... The kicker was when I dropped it off today, I needed a ride back home. No shuttle available (guy on vacation), they have no taxi or uber contract. So I got a ride home with a mechanic in my van! No offer for a gas card and no communication about this before hand. No back up plan when someone's gone? If I'd known this, I would've made my own arrangements for a ride ahead of time. I put up a fuss about all this, and later picked up my car to find that they wouldn't take a check, credit card only this time. Guess they thought I'd stiff them and cancel it. Lots of high reviews here that I've read, but I guess I was hoping for better customer service. I don't doubt their above average to excellent mechanical abilities. If Josh wants, he can call me to discuss. A reply post from him for me to call shouldn't be the norm.

I've come here with all my cars. Saab or Mercedes they always know how to take care of them. New waiting room with a Keurig and a big screen tv!!? Yes I can wait here!:) New reward programs as well!! Awesome.

Went there for a check engine light on my BMW E46 chassis. I already pulled the two codes and told them what they are. Then they suggested and replaced the gas cap & the light did not go away. Charged $200 plus for this. Then they suggested I come back to have bank 1 oxygen sensor replaced for $300 plus. I went online, looked up the fix, it was putting $10 seafoam in the secondary air injection hose in a cold engine and burning off excess carbon. It fixed it right away. A little carbon build up. Excellent YouTube video on this. My experience at this shop was downright weird. I will probably try again.
