Hello, Let me start off by saying, I'm not a car guy. I can change my oil (I don't), some lights, I know where my fuse box is... and that's pretty much it. So, when I look for a place to bring my car, I'm looking for somewhere that's not going to ask for unnecessary work and that's going to do a good job with it; and stand by their work. After bouncing around to two other places locally, since I haven't been in the area long, I ended up bringing my car here. Since then, I've been continually impressed by this Aeschbach Automotive. I've referred one of my work buddies here, and he's also had a pretty positive experience. Short list of why I recommend going here: 1. The repairs are very reasonably priced. Same oil change is 30-60% more when I went to an 'oil change only' shop like valvoline. I originally worried that the lower prices might mean I was getting second rate work, so far that hasn't been my experience. 2. After taking my car to a ford dealership two separate times for an electrical issue (and paying rediculous amounts), Aeschbach actually fixed the problem long term for less. 3. When doing more complicated repairs, they were willing to help mitigate cost by looking for rebuilt parts. As a courtesy, if they couldn't locate an issue in the 1/2 hour or hour they had allotted, instead of continuing to search and charge me for it, they called explained what they had checked and asked if they could have more time and went over their diagnostic rates. 4. They call and get approval before starting repairs. I've walked into shops before and had some nasty surprises. 5. And this mostly helps my ego, they understand I have no idea what's going mechanically, and are willing to break down the issue in laymens terms and go over options. 6. Everyone there is polite, they offer complimentary water (bottles), and occasionally other drinks. If you want a TL/DR: Good work, Good Price, Nice folk.
