I had my 2006 Honda CRV serviced at Aeschbach Automotive recently and I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received there. Nick at the front desk was very kind and answered all the questions I had. The process of notifying me of all that needed/didnt need to be done was very convenient as well, delivered both by phone call and text message. I would definitely recommend them to others in need of car maintenance.

Took my Mini Coop in for a break service. Scheduled the appointment and they were very professional in setting it up. Took car there and they went through all the OEM parts explaining where and what would be done. While waiting they provide a waiting room and amenities to make you comfortable. Even though the car only had 35000 miles it appeared the brakes wore unevenly from the factory. The brakes were very touchy for awhile. They replaced all OEM parts and know the brakes respond how they should. Price was honest and appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I would recommend Aeschbach Automotive to everyone. At the advice from a friend I have been going to Aeschbach for oil changes, maintenance, etc on my car for the last 6 months. I'll likely keep going for years. They're price is very fair. In fact I recently got my timing belt replaced and I got charged less than what they quoted me 3 months prior. Not knowing much about cars I have always been nervous about being pressured into doing something I don't need to. With Aeschbach I have felt minimal pressure so far.

As someone who doesn't know much at all about cars, maintenance, and up-keep, I'm nervous when taking my car in to a new place. I worry about getting taken advantage of - but at Aeschbach, I knew right away I didn't have to worry at all. They were honest, reliable, and very helpful when I had some much needed repairs to get my car in safe, good condition. I appreciated greatly the pickups/drop offs, detailed report, and that they came in under estimate. Will go back anytime I need anything for my car! A new and happy customer in Middleton.

Friendly, helpful services, with knowledgeable staff that take the time to explain what you need to know regarding service and repairs. They even let us know which repairs we could wait to have done to help us save money.

I'm amazed by the honest service I received here. Everything was explained to me beforehand and there was no confusion on pricing or what work was going to be done. It's nice to find a place I can actually trust. If you're looking for a place that wont take advantage of you, I would highly recommend them.

Great experience. They explained everything, gave a realistic estimate. Once they checked my car, they sent an email with what they found with a firm estimate of what it would cost. It actually cost less when I picked up the car. My 10 year old car runs like new now! Thank you!!

Joe, Josh, & Nick always give it to us straight, and my only regret has ever been NOT taking their advice. They text you with updates on your vehicle, give you online diagnostic reports with photos, detailed explanations, and simple educational videos explaining how the affected parts & systems work for the non-mechanically inclined. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
