Key Drop Box Instructions

This is John with Aeschbach Automotive in Middleton, WI. He is showing directions on how to use our secure lockbox to pick up your keys. This is for use when your vehicle's repairs or maintenance have been completed and it is time for you to get your vehicle. We are taking extra precautions as an essential auto repair facility during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are We appreciate you and hope you stay well!

Welcome to Aeschbach Automotive! We serve Madison & Middleton, WI as the top choice for honest and friendly automotive repair and service in the area since 2009. At our auto repair shop, our ASE certified technicians are highly trained and experienced working on all makes and models of vehicles. We offer an outstanding in-house and nationwide 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on most repairs. We also offer a free shuttle service for local customers and have free loaner vehicles available for major repairs.


Aeschbach Automotive remains open and committed to serve the Madison and Middleton area during the Covid-19 Emergency. We understand how important it is to have safe and reliable transportation - perhaps more than ever in situations like the one we are going through. We have started recommended precautions to guard against transmission of the virus and to safeguard your health and ours, including those as published by the CDC and other health authorities.

These efforts include the following:

1. A strictly enforced absence policy - employees are to report to work only if feeling fully well, without the worry about their job being at risk.

2. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all our workspaces! We are upping our daily, nightly, and weekly sanitation in our common areas as well as our shop. This includes disinfectant spray, Clorox wiping all door handles, keys, phones, and light switches inside the building multiple times a day. We also will be doing nightly ionizing in our customer area, and weekly full shop ionizing

3. Direct cleaning of “touch” items in the process of and upon conclusion of our services and repairs - door handles, steering wheels, transmission shifters, and controls such as the radio, lights, and HVAC systems.

4. Fully no contact delivery of inspection reports and invoices. You will be able to pay online or on your phone. All communication will be done via telephone with text or talk. Easy no contact drop off and pick up. Your health and safety depend on more than just your experience at our auto shop.

We fully support the ongoing efforts of our local, state, and national authorities and urge all Madison community members to take steps to protect themselves as we work through this unique life moment we are in. Our deepest gratitude goes out to those on the front lines, including the many service workers upon whom we depend for our groceries and other basic needs, mail delivery, first responders, and medical professionals in all disciplines at all levels - our ability to get through this crisis is dependent upon their faithful service. Our want is to ensure you can reliably explore the world around you, whatever that may look like. You may need to get to and from your place of employment, the grocery store or to get medical treatment for yourself or a loved one. Just as important, you may simply wish to go on a drive for fresh air and wander along the path for some peace and quiet in the midst of this pandemic.

This is an unprecedented time in which none of us really know what is going to happen from one day to the next. We will keep you updated should anything change.
