Hiring a Customer Service Rockstar!

Aeschbach Automotive is looking for a customer service rockstar! The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Flexible part time schedule! Looking for 20-30 hours per week.


  • Manage incoming calls
  • Genuinely welcome and interact warmly with each and every guest, coworker, and vendor.
  • Shuttle rides (Includes Fueling, Washing and Cleaning vehicle if needed)
  • Keep office area, customer lounge, and employee break area tidy and stocked
  • Answer phone
  • Text and Website inquiries and appointment setting
  • Welcome arriving guests
  • Parts/Bank/Errands running
  • Check in vehicles
  • Appointment Setting
  • Inventory duties - ordering, returns
  • Marketing- Emails, Social Media, Google
  • Brainstorming new and creative ideas


  • Build strong relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers


  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Valid Driver's license
